  • Modernize Tennessee lien laws to extend Notice of Nonpayment timelines, providing contractors with realistic timeframes to secure payment and strengthening financial protections across the construction chain.
  • Advance legislation creating a dedicated, long-term funding mechanism for water and wastewater infrastructure that is stable, predictable, and insulated from shifting political priorities—ensuring communities and contractors can plan and deliver critical projects with confidence.
  • Lead statewide awareness and education efforts supporting Tennessee’s Move Over Law to improve jobsite safety, protect roadway workers, and reinforce accountability for motorists traveling through active work zones.
